Return Policy
We offer a 60-day results-based guarantee. If you use AlphaNAD consistently for 60 days and do not experience improvements in your overall well-being, you may request a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
To qualify for a refund under the 60-day guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase, reasonable evidence of consistent use with no improvements experienced, and return the product unopened in its original packaging.
